USF Group Training & Personal Training

usf personal training

USF personal training programs have grown in recent years. The FIT Program, which pairs seniors from the Exercise Science program at USF with faculty and staff members, is a unique program. Students work with clients to complete fitness assessments, create individualized training plans, monitor post-assessments, and assess the results. Maureen Chiodini, a USF instructor says the FIT Program complements USF's course work and provides students real-world experience.

Students, faculty and staff at USF can enjoy the three fitness centres for $316 per annum. Faculty and staff can purchase daily or monthly guest passes to the gym. You can view the entire ratecard online. Even better, you can use the campus gym alone and cancel your LA Fitness membership. Check the USF website to find out the location and hours for the USF personal coaching program in your area. It will be a great decision.

Campus Recreation is a good place to continue your education, if you're interested becoming a personal training coach. Campus Recreation will answer your online questionnaire and assess your physical condition. This assessment will help them determine what exercises will work best for you. After that, they'll assign you a trainer so that your training sessions can start. The first session will include a one-hour evaluation of your flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and strength. Students will have the opportunity afterwards to work out with their personal trainer and reach their fitness goals.

If you're looking for a gym, the USF campus offers three facilities. All three are available free of charge to faculty, students, and staff. The Campus Recreation Center is an excellent gym that offers some of the best facilities in Florida. However, due to the large student population, the USF gyms can be crowded. Good personal training should be flexible enough for you to follow your schedule.
